We securely store all client data on 17hats.com where it is stored under encryption - they will not contact you or sell your data their system is only used to email you with information relevant to your specific enquiry (you can read their privacy policy here). We use this system to create a client record and securely keep all your information in one place as well as to send contracts and questionnaires but it will not be used in any other ways. Your records are private can only be accessed by the 17hats account owner, Susie Wolfe. 17hats never discloses the content of form submissions unless required to do so by law.
Our Company will keep your data for 60 months after our initial consultation in case you require further sleep support as your child ages or your family grows.
