​Service Agreement
In using our services:

I agree to follow safe sleeping practises. You can find more information at The Lullaby Trust's website. Please ask during our consultation if you are unsure.

I agree to disclose any medical condition which my baby has to The Positive Sleep Company to ensure that the Positive Sleep Plan provided is safe and appropriate for my child.

I agree to check with my GP if my child has any medical conditions which prevent the safe implementation of a Positive Sleep Plan and I will speak to them at the earliest opportunity if any conditions arise once the Plan has been introduced which may require medical attention or diagnosis.

I acknowledge that the services provided by The Positive Sleep Company are not medical advice or a substitute for medical advice or treatment. The advice you receive from me is for informational purposes only and is intended for use with common early childhood sleep issues that are wholly unrelated to medical conditions.

I agree to implement the Positive Sleep Plan within 30 days of receipt. If this isn't done my baby may be in a new stage of development and we would need to re-evaluate their sleep habits and revise the plan to make sure it's still appropriate to their age and ability. Unfortunately if amendments to the plan are needed a further fee would be applicable.

I agree to keep this plan for my family's use and not share it with Third Parties - it is written expressly with for my child and my family and we will treat it as such.

I agree that any changes made to my baby's sleeping or feeding routines are my responsibility, The Positive Sleep Company only makes recommendations for changes, where I choose to implement them I assume responsibility for them.

I understand that The Positive Sleep Company will endeavour to respond to any emails or missed calls within 24 hours, and acknowledge that The Positive Sleep Company is closed on Sundays and UK Bank Holidays so on those occasions will come back to me as soon as possible on the next working day.

If I miss a pre-arranged call and am unable to call The Positive Sleep Company back within 30 minutes I acknowledge that this call may be deducted from my programme although at The Positive Sleep Company's discretion a reschedule will be offered where possible.

I understand that if The Positive Sleep Company does not hear from me, or if I miss a pre-arranged call/consultation, they will assume all is going well and no further support is required.

I accept that while The Positive Sleep Company will endeavour to help us overcome the sleep challenges we are facing they cannot guarantee our bespoke Positive Sleep Plan will work for all children. I understand that the successful introduction of this sleep solution is reliant on following the recommended sleep solutions outlined in our bespoke Positive Sleep Plan and that where I do not follow the plan, or if I only follow certain suggestions success may be diminished or take significantly longer. I agree that I will explain the Positive Sleep Plan to other caregivers who might be involved in my child's sleep to ensure that there is as much consistency as possible in introducing any changes which we believe will help our child achieve more high quality sleep.

Fee Agreement
You agree to:

Pay your invoice prior to the consultation and understand that if the invoice is not paid then a Positive Sleep Plan will not be written for your child

Pay a cancellation 50% fee if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to our consultation. This reflects the time spent creating a bespoke Positive Sleep Plan for your child.

Privacy Policy
The Positive Sleep Company will request information about your child and your family which will be used to construct a bespoke Positive Sleep Plan. Your personal information will never be shared, leased or sold to Third Parties.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes which we collected it for. We will keep it for 60 months in case you need further support if your family continues to grow. After this your data will be securely disposed of.
You have the right to request access to your information or ask for you information to be amended or deleted. To exercise this right please contact info@thepositivesleepcompany.co.uk all requests will be answered and actioned without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of receipt.
In some circumstances we may anonymise your data for research or statistical use in which case we may use the information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
Reliance on any information provided by The Positive Sleep Company is solely at your own risk.
The Positive Sleep Company does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided.
The Positive Sleep Company’s liability (if any) is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to The Positive Sleep Company, and in no event will The Positive Sleep Company be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.
